Our party trays are the menu you already know, scaled. Trays of shrimp and fish ceviche, aguachiles for the people who can handle it, cocteles, and tostadas ready to build. Ceviche is cured to order rather than made ahead, so the timing matters more than it would at a taco shop. Give us notice and it arrives exactly as it should. Tell us your headcount and how spicy your crowd is, and we will tell you honestly what to order and what to skip.
