Here at Pola's our number one mission is to give you, the customer, our unique flavor. Taste is number one. Our menu is small on purpose, because we want the few items we do offer to be some of the best you have had. Mariscos, Mexican style seafood, is what we specialize in. Not tacos and burgers and everything else. Seafood, and the sauces that go with it. That decision costs us orders from people who want something else. It is also why 570 reviewers have given us 4.7 stars.

Seafood Will Tell You When It Has Had a Bad Day
Mariscos is unforgiving. There is nowhere to hide behind cheese or a long cook time, because most of what we serve is cured rather than cooked. If the shrimp is not right, you will know on the first bite. So we buy carefully, we cure to order, and we put it in sauces that are ours alone. The mild one, the spicy one, and the Bruce Lee.
